We consider the kitchen to be the heart of the home, and we understand that eating well is a key component to vibrant health and vitality. Our mission in bringing an educational food component within Rise & Shine is to empower our community to cook more, nourish themselves and one another. We are creating a beautiful kitchen learning environment to introduce a wide array of healthy living traditions with classes and workshops, to include Macrobiotic Cooking, Living (Raw) Food and Sprouting, Vegan Cooking, Juicing, Canning/Preserving/Fermenting Food, Ayurvedic Cooking, Cleansing and Detox Classes, Gluten-Free Cooking, Transitioning to a Plant Based Diet, Garden to Table Cooking, and more.
